Cory

For Mac and Windows

Cory, on your computer too

Cory Desktop is a small app that lets Cory work with the files on your computer: the Cory in your browser, Corinna on corybot.com, or your own agent on AI-Flow. You choose the folders Cory may see, and your computer asks you before anything changes.

The first release is being built. The download appears here the moment it is out.

Cory Desktop is free. It signs in with your free AI-Flow account, the same one Cory in your browser uses.

01What

Files, commands and more, only where you allow it

Files

Folders you pick

Cory can list, search and read files in the folders you share. Writing is off for each folder until you turn it on.

Commands

With your say-so

Cory can open a file or a link, put text on your clipboard, or run a command. Each of those asks you on your computer first, in a normal system dialog.

From anywhere

Every Cory, one computer

Cory in Chrome or Edge, Corinna on this site, and your Personal Agent on AI-Flow all see the same computer. Ask any of them.

02Set up

Set it up in five steps

  1. Create a free AI-Flow account

Cory Desktop signs in with your AI-Flow account. Create it on www.ai-flow.eu, or in Cory in your browser: click Desktop under the input and follow the steps there.

  2. Download and install

Download Cory Desktop for your Mac or Windows PC above. On a Mac, you open the download and drag Cory Desktop into Applications. On Windows, you click Download from the Microsoft Store and open the small installer your browser downloads. It installs Cory Desktop from the Microsoft Store.

  3. Sign in once

The first time it opens, Cory Desktop asks for your AI-Flow email and password. It pairs this computer with your account and keeps a key of its own in your Keychain or Credential Manager. It never stores your password.

An account that signs in with Google or SSO can't pair this way yet.

  4. Share a folder

Nothing is visible until you share a folder, and each folder is read-only until you turn writing on. Cory can also ask for a folder while working; you approve it on your computer.

  5. Ask Cory

In your browser, Cory lists the computer's tools under its name. On ai-flow.eu, your Personal Agent has the computer as a tool.

    Try asking

"Summarize the contract in my Documents folder"

"Save this table as a CSV in my Projects folder"

03Safety

What keeps your computer yours

Only the folders you shared

Every path is checked against your list after following links and shortcuts, so a request can't step out of a shared folder.

  • Read-only unless you say otherwise
  • Moving and deleting always ask
  • Opening an app, the clipboard and commands always ask

Some things never run

A short list of commands is refused even if you would say yes: reformatting a disk, deleting your home or system folder, piping something from the web straight into a shell, turning off the firewall.

  • No open ports: the app dials out to Cory's relay
  • No AI keys on the app, and no model runs on it
  • Its key reaches this computer only. Remove the computer on ai-flow.eu and it stops at once
04Remove

Cut a computer off in one click

On ai-flow.eu

Open your account page, find Computers and browsers, and press Remove next to the computer. It is cut off right away. To use it again, sign in to Cory Desktop again.

Open your account page →

On the computer

Quit Cory Desktop and it is unreachable until you start it again. Uninstall it like any other app; the key in your Keychain or Credential Manager goes with it.

Start with Cory in your browser

Cory Desktop is the companion to Cory in Chrome and Edge. Install Cory first, sign in to AI-Flow there, and the Desktop button walks you through the rest.
